This package is tailored for a race where you also consume sports drinks from the energy stations. It ensures a steady and consistent intake of 60g of carbohydrates per hour for the duration of the race. With the addition of sports drinks/water from the stations, your intake will range between 60-90g per hour, which is awesome!

This is our recommended regimen for completing the distance in about 4 hours, and together with the hydration stations, it provides an intake of 60-90g of carbohydrates per hour. If you are running for more than 4 hours, add one gel for every additional 30 minutes of running.
