Umara's basic training package is for those who really want to optimize their training. During the basic training phase, we operate under high load with the goal of maximizing the effects of the training we perform.
The package includes:
U Bicarbonate - Bicarbonate increases blood pH so you can train harder during your anaerobic, intensive sessions such as intervals and threshold workouts. You can simply spend extra time at or above threshold, or push out that last minute on the final interval.
U Intend - U Intend is developed by us as endurance athletes, for you as an endurance athlete. Mix and drink U Intend before your training session or competition when you really want that extra edge. Contains 250mg of caffeine per dose, as well as citrulline, arginine, and beta-alanine.
U Creatine - Creatine Monohydrate may not need much introduction. It is one of the most well-proven performance-enhancing supplements where a dose of 5g (1 scoop) per day aids in anaerobic/explosive strength development. Thus, it fits really well during the basic training phase to increase the effectiveness of strength sessions.
Creatine aids in repeated power efforts by replenishing your muscle depots with extra creatine phosphate. The phosphate part in creatine phosphate ensures that your ATP (explosive fuel) is resynthesized (say that word quickly 3 times) faster, and you can then perform an extra repetition = more power development from each strength session.

How many doses does a container of U Bicarbonate last for? The number of servings per container varies depending on body weight since a serving is adapted to body weight. The container has a table based on the intake of 0.2g/kg body weight, which corresponds to 1 capsule per 5kg of body weight. If you weigh 75kg, that would be 15 capsules as your dose. The container holds 500 capsules. If you notice no effect, increase the intake to 0.3g/kg body weight.
When should I drink U Intend? Full effect is reached after 45-60 minutes. For workouts/races shorter than 60 minutes, we recommend that you have finished drinking U Intend 60 minutes before to ensure full effect from the start. For longer races/competitions, you can drink it a bit closer to the start time and get the maximum effect a little later into the session. For really long races, we recommend a refill after 3-4 hours.
