Mix and drink U Intend before your training session or competition when you really want to get that extra edge. Contains 250mg of caffeine per dose, as well as Citrulline, Arginine, and Beta-Alanine, which together dilate your blood vessels and block both fatigue and pain centrally.

U Beta-Alanin - Beta-Alanine combines with Histidine to form Carnosine, a compound that neutralizes acidic hydrogen ions inside the muscle cells, preventing the pH from dropping as quickly in the muscles and thus preventing your thighs from "burning" during intervals.

U Bicarbonate - Bicarbonate increases the pH in the blood so that you can train harder during your anaerobic intensive sessions like intervals and threshold workouts. The hydrogen ions not neutralized by Beta-Alanine that escape the cell and enter the bloodstream are thus dealt with in the blood and neutralized there. You can simply stay longer at or above threshold, or push through that last minute of the final interval.

U Creatine - Creatine Monohydrate might not need much introduction. It is one of the world's most well-proven performance-enhancing supplements, where a dose of 3-5g (1 teaspoon) per day helps with anaerobic/explosive strength development.
