U Bar
Our gluten-free U Bar is an energy bar that relies on gluten-free oats to deliver a total of 30g of carbohydrates. This bar, which we would classify as an optibar, features a 1:0.8 ratio of glucose to fructose, ensuring it's as gentle on your stomach as possible. Its natural flavoring lends a subtle tint to the dough and the bar itself.
The bar has a soft texture, making it easy to chew, even in cooler weather. Without a coating, you avoid a sticky surface that can melt on hot summer days. We've added a thin layer of whole gluten-free oats on the bar's exterior, enhancing its visual appeal and contributing to its texture; we’re confident you'll love it.
