The smooth consistency makes the gel easy to consume without extra water. The carbohydrate composition with maltodextrin (glucose) and fructose in the ratio of 1:0.8 ensures quick and effective energy absorption. The gel also contains all the electrolytes you need to compensate for fluid loss through sweat - sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium.
The packaging is practically designed to easily fit into cycling pockets and running tights. Thanks to the smart design, the plastic tab remains even after opening, reducing the risk of littering in nature.
This gel can also be frozen. Freeze it overnight, pop it in your pocket, and set off on your training/race session in the summer heat. The gel will thaw slowly but surely and eventually be perfect to consume, helping with cooling down.
