8 x U Sport Portion (100g)
4 x U Gel (30g Carbs)
2 x U Bar (30g Carbs)

Usage (12h cycling time)
Take U Nitrate 2.5 hours before starting.
Mix 6 U Sport portions of 100g in the bottles (3 sachets per bottle). This provides 60g of carbohydrates per hour for 9 hours.
After 9 hours, remix one of the bottles with 2 new portion sachets, ensuring energy (60g/h) for the last 3 hours of cycling.
Take 1 U Gel or U Bar every other hour (hours 1, 3, 5, etc.), providing a total of 15g of carbohydrates per hour.
