U Gel - Refill (180g Carbs)
U Gel Refill Raspberry is 300ml. It's a refill gel containing 6 servings (180g Carbs). Perfect for pouring into bottles/soft bottles, or as the "One gel to rule them all" tucked into your wetsuit, one of your cycling jersey's back pockets, or your running backpack during long sessions.
Like all our other gels, it has an optimal carbohydrate composition between glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose at 1:0.8. Since the gel is liquid, you don't need to drink water when consuming it. In addition to providing 180g of carbohydrates, the gel also delivers all 4 major electrolytes lost through sweat (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.
