Order

Order Confirmation

To make a purchas from us, you must be at least 15 years old (18 years old to pay by invoice or credit card). By completing a purchase and approving your order, you also accept these terms of purchase, and a binding agreement is formed. Upon receipt of an order, an order confirmation is automatically sent by email with information about the order. The order confirmation serves as a receipt/warranty for your order. Umara reserves the right to cancel deliveries in cases where the stock balance was incorrect at the time of the customer's order. If Umara cannot deliver according to the order confirmation, you will be contacted about this via email.

NOTE: Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust/change your order after it has been placed. If you notice something is wrong after placing your order and you urgently want to adjust it, contact [email protected], and we will assist you.

Prices and Order Amounts

All product prices on umarasports.com are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are added in the shopping cart/checkout, except in cases where free shipping applies. Umara AB reserves the right for any price and typographical errors.

Right of Withdrawal

If you regret your purchase or for any other reason do not wish to complete the purchase, contact customer service, and we will assist you. A standard right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of the goods applies according to consumer protection laws.

Returns are managed by Umara at a cost of 10€.

Errors in Delivery

Sometimes mistakes happen during packaging. If you have received something you did not order, or something you ordered is missing, or if the contents of the order delivered do not match your order confirmation, contact our customer service, and we will resolve it.

When contacting us, please include the order number, a text describing whats wrong, and a photo of the delivered items. 

Complaints

For complaints, always contact our customer service. Umara applies the consumer purchase law when handling complaints. A product can only be complained about in the case of manufacturing defects such as unsealed sealing, leakage of content, or similar. Disliking the taste is not a reason for a complaint, but contact us anyway at customer service, and we will see what we can do.

Goods in the "Bargain Corner" category, cannot be complained about due to the defects stated on the product.

Complain about the product as soon as you discover the fault, and we will send a new, fault-free item. If the fault cannot be rectified, a refund will be made.

In the event of a dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN).

Force Majeure

Umara AB is relieved from the obligation to fulfill its part of the agreement and from the obligation to pay damages if Umara's commitments can not at all or only at an abnormally high cost be fulfilled due to war, riot, blockade, fire, explosion, pandemic, intervention/decision from public authority or similar society-disturbing event that could not have been foreseen. Umara AB is not responsible for damage caused by legislation, government action, war event, strike, blockade, boycott, lockout, or other similar circumstances. The reservation regarding strikes, blockades, boycotts, and lockouts also applies if Umara AB is subject to or itself undertakes such conflict action.

Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping Europe - 10€, CO2 compensated shipping adds 1,5€, and free shipping on orders over 100€.

Orders are shipped with DHL Parcel Connect (including Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria). Does not apply to Åland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands.

For shipping to a country outside the EU, please contact customer service for inquiries ([email protected]).

Delivery Status

You will receive a Parcel ID (tracking number) via email or sms.

Regardless of the carrier, you will receive an email when your package is dispatched from us, and a notification (SMS) when your package arrives at the selected pickup location. If you have not provided a mobile number, you will receive a letter notification, which takes an extra 1-2 days.

Unclaimed Goods

Orders are kept for collection at DHL service points for 14 days from arrival and are then returned to our warehouse. If an order is returned to our warehouse, customer service will contact you for a new delivery. Umara has the right to charge you a return fee of 15€, normally deducted from the invoice (if you have chosen invoice as the payment method) when it is credited. Note that if you order via invoice, the invoice period continues even if you have not picked up the package.

If you have chosen payment by card or bank, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account, and the return fee will be charged to you via an invoice sent to the email provided at the order.

For Home Delivery, delivery attempts will be made at the time you specified. If they fail to deliver to you, the package is sent to a nearby service point, and you will be notified of this.

Payment

Payment is made via Svea Checkout and their secure payment solutions. In Svea Checkout, depending on the country you are shopping from, you can choose to pay by, for example, bank transfer, card, invoice, or installment payment according to the current terms and conditions for Svea installment. Information about their payment solutions and your collective purchases through Svea Bank AB (publ) 556158-7634 can be found on their website. You can always find your order history with us under My Account.

Delivery Time

The normal delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Orders placed before 14:00 where all items are in stock, are normally dispatched the same day, otherwise the following business day.
