Umaras Vitamin D3 tablets contain 2500IU (International Units) of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). Vitamin D helps maintain the normal function of the immune system and aids in the absorption of calcium, ensuring normal calcium levels in the blood. It also supports normal muscle function.
U Vitamin D3 is a dietary supplement with 190 tablets (62.5µg per tablet = 625% of the RDI), with a recommended dose of one tablet per day for six months during the darker months of the year, from October to March.
