Product description
If you are planning to do some skiing, e.g. Vasaloppet, Marcialonga, Jizerská, Birkebeinerrennet or one of their seeding races, we have the perfect package. With a structured energy plan, you will reach the finish line in a new record time, or just a more enjoyable journey along the way.
The pack delivers 90g of carbohydrates per hour for 7 hours and is therefore all you need in addition to water from the stations if you are skiing for about 7 hours. If you’re skiing for longer than that, we recommend that you also supplement with sports drinks or other energy from the stations (in addition to water).

Usage (7h skiing time)
Mix all U Sport portion bags in your hydration system
30min before start - U Intend Shot 60ml
15min before start - Start drinking some of your sports drink
1h, 2h, 3h, 4h, 5h, 6h - Take a U Gel or U Bar every hour.
The pack is complete and the only thing you need for energy up to 7 hours of skiing. If you are out skiing for longer than that, we also recommend that you use the stations. Of course, you can do this even if you’re skiing at 8h or faster, but if you’re that fast, you can be rest assured that you don’t have to stop if you don’t want to.
