Energy pack for Nordenskiöldsloppet
A complete energy package for you who are going to run the Nordenskiöldsloppet. The package is based on you using the race's 17 stations where you can refill sports drink, gels, and bars from Umara.
The package gives you 30g carbs/h. Together with the intake at the stations, about 1-2 gels/bars, and refilling of sports drink, you then get an intake of about 70-90g/h = opti. There are also a couple of warm meal options at the stations that provide a little extra energy and warmth.

Usage (approx. 16h competition time)
Mix 2 x U Sport portion 100g in the hydration belt. Drink every 20-30 minutes and refill as needed.
1 U Gel or U Bar is consumed every hour.
A tip for the darker hours is to add 1-2 shots of U Intend and drink during the night if you expect to be out skiing during the night as well.
