Umaras Omega-3 (70%) originates from fatty fish (anchovies) that inhabit cold waters. Cold waters = energy-rich fat layers with a high content of Omega-3 fatty acids (275mg EPA+DHA/capsule). Naturally, our Omega-3 is sourced from controlled fishing waters and contains certified fish oil that is sustainably harvested and does not involve red-listed fish species.
Umaras Omega-3 is a dietary supplement. The recommended intake is 3 capsules a day. With this dosage, the jar lasts for 3 months.
