This 33ml liquid gel features an ideal carbohydrate composition of glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio. Because the gel is fluid, you don't need to drink water when consuming it. Along with providing 20g of carbohydrates, the gel also contains all four essential electrolytes lost through sweat—Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium—in a balanced amount.
