U Salty
U Salty contains all four essential salts/electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium) that you lose through sweating. These electrolytes have high bioavailability. Each U Salty tablet provides 250mg of sodium (10mmol, equivalent to the salt content in 2.5dl of sweat).
The tablets are typically swallowed whole, but since they are unflavored with just a salty taste, you can also crush them and dissolve them in a drink.
