The protein in U Recover is carefully crafted with a balanced blend of Pea Protein Isolate, Soy Protein Isolate, Rice Protein, and BCAA. This combination provides a complete amino acid profile comparable to whey protein, widely regarded as the "golden standard" for optimal protein. We never compromise on quality and perfection in our product development.
For carbohydrates, we use maltodextrin to replenish muscle glycogen. The drink also includes Glutamine, an amino acid beneficial for the immune system. One full dose (3 scoops) of U Recover also replenishes the salt lost in 500ml of sweat.
In summary, U Recover suffices until you can sit down for a proper meal. Try to eat a balanced meal as soon as possible after your session. The best time to take U Recover is within 30 minutes of finishing your session.
