Omega-3
Umaras Omega-3 is derived from fatty fish (herring) that thrive in cold waters. These cold waters = energy-rich fat deposits with a high concentration of Omega-3 fatty acids (300mg EPA+DHA/capsule). Our Omega-3 comes from regulated fishing waters and does not include fish oil from endangered (red-listed) species. Umaras Omega-3 is a dietary supplement, with a recommended intake of 3 capsules per day for 3 months.
EPA and DHA both support the normal function of the heart.
DHA supports the maintenance of normal brain function and vision.
