Recovery is as important as the training itself because it is the recovery that gives the body the chance to build up stronger and adapt to the strain from all the workout time you put down. The focus should be on directly adding a good amount of high-quality protein and fast carbohydrates after the workout to replenish glycogen in the muscles and protein that the body can use as building blocks. Make it easy to recover
Our basic tip is 20g high-quality protein and 70g fast carbohydrates (glucose and fructose-based) mixed in 0.5-1 liter of water directly after training/competition. This followed by a composite meal with both carbohydrates, protein, and fat within 3 hours. Our recovery products come in both powder and protein bars.
