U Bar
Our gluten-free U Bar is an energy bar based on gluten-free oats that delivers a full 30g of carbohydrates. The bar is what we would call an optibar, with its 1:0.8 composition between glucose and fructose, making it as gentle on the stomach as possible for a bar. It is naturally flavored, which also gave the dough and thereafter the bar some blue/red ish color depending on flavor.
It is very soft in texture and ideal for you as an athlete since it remains soft and easy to chew even in colder weather. You also avoid chocolate/yogurt coatings that melt and get messy during the warm summer days. To make the bar easier to handle, we have a thin layer of whole gluten-free oats on the outside of the bar as well. This not only makes it look a bit more appetizing, but it also does a lot for the texture, we are sure you will love it ;)
