Product description

U Hydrate is our delicious effervescent electrolyte tablets. Each tablet weighs 4g and contains sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, corresponding to the amounts we sweat out through 0.5 liters of sweat.

U Hydrate is calorie-free/carbohydrate-free and is suitable for workouts where you want to train without additional energy, or during sessions when you just want a fresh and tasty flavor in your water bottle.

Ideal for increasing the body's salt content before longer workouts. Mix 1-2 effervescent tablets in 500ml of water and drink 1-2 bottles the day before.

• 1 U Hydrate effervescent tablet is mixed with 500ml water. If you sweat out a lot of salts, you can mix 2 tablets in 500-750ml water.

• 1 U Hydrate effervescent tablet is equivalent to 2 U Salty bars (see related products).

• Each U Hydrate tablet contains a complete electrolyte profile with all the major electrolytes you lose through sweat.

• There's a score line in the middle so you can easily choose to take only 1/2 tablet if you want.
  
  

Each tablet contains:

• 500mg Sodium (Equivalent to 1.3g Salt)

• 80mg Potassium

• 25mg Calcium

• 15mg Magnesium

Lightly flavored with lemon, red berries (forest berries), or tropical fruits (tropical fruits also contain 50mg caffeine per tablet for an energizing effect). The flavors are also designed to be mixed into our sports drinks. This way, you can find your own flavor combinations like Elderflower/Lemon and Lemonberry (why not, give it a try).

Is U Hydrate awesome? Yes.

Can I mix in 2 tablets? Yes, no problem, the salt content will not be too high, and if you prefer a stronger taste, it's perfect. However, consider how much caffeine you've consumed beforehand if you're using tropical fruits, so you don't overdose and become jittery.
