U Bar
Our gluten-free U Bar is an energy bar made with gluten-free oats, providing a full 30g of carbohydrates. We would classify this bar as an optibar, with a glucose-to-fructose ratio of 1:0,8, making it as gentle on the stomach as possible. It is naturally flavoured, giving the dough—and consequently the bar—a subtle tint.
It has a soft texture, making it easy to chew even in colder weather. As it has no coating, you avoid a sticky outer surface that could melt on hot summer days. To make the bar easier to handle, we have added a thin layer of whole gluten-free oats to its outside. This not only makes it look even more appetising, but also adds significantly to the texture; we are sure you will love it.
