This is a liquid gel featuring an optimal carbohydrate composition of glucose (maltodextrin) to fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio, enhanced with electrolytes.
Being fluid in nature, the gel requires no additional water intake. In addition to delivering 20g of carbohydrates, it contains a balanced blend of the four key electrolytes lost through sweat (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium).
Packaged in a long, slim design with slight packaging variations depending on flavor (see images).
