Umaras Omega-3 is sourced from fatty fish (herring) that swim in cold waters. Cold waters = energy-rich fat layers with a high content of Omega-3 fatty acids.

• 1g of fish oil per capsule.

• Rich in EPA (180mg) and DHA (120mg) = 300mg per capsule.

• Both EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.

• DHA helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision.

Umaras Omega-3 comes from controlled fishing waters and does not contain fish oil from endangered (red-listed) fish.

Our recommended daily intake is 3 capsules per day.
