U Beta-Alanin - Beta-Alanine combines with Histidine to form Carnosine, a compound that neutralizes acidic hydrogen ions inside the muscle cells, preventing the pH from dropping as quickly in the muscles and thus preventing your thighs from "burning" during intervals.

U Bicarbonate - Bicarbonate increases the pH in the blood so that you can train harder during your anaerobic intensive sessions like intervals and threshold workouts. The hydrogen ions not neutralized by Beta-Alanine that escape the cell and enter the bloodstream are thus dealt with in the blood and neutralized there. U Creatine - Creatine Monohydrate might not need much introduction.
