If you opt for Chocolate Crisp, it includes 15% (7.5g) dark chocolate, rich in flavanols and polyphenols. The Raspberry/Blueberry variant is coated in white chocolate, while the Passionfruit option is coated in dark chocolate. Whichever flavor you choose, we assure you a truly delicious bar ;).

General nerd info: The whey protein in U Recover Protein bar is complete by itself, but we've chosen to add pea protein to lower the carbon footprint. Pea protein's carbon dioxide cost is only 3.7% compared to whey protein. While pea protein would've been the preferable choice, it isn't complete on its own.
