We're here to address the most common questions from all you Awesome customers. It simplifies everything for you and for us!

Where is my package?

If you've entered the correct email address and phone number, you'll receive a notification when your package is on its way. If you have recently placed an order, it might not yet have been packed. We strive to ship all orders the same day if placed before 3:00 PM; otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day.

Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive this information. You can also download the app for the carrier you selected to track the delivery status of your package and see the estimated arrival time.

If you've received a tracking number, it means the package has most likely left our warehouse or will do so shortly. If the package hasn't arrived within 2-3 business days, we recommend contacting the carrier (e.g., DHL or PostNord) initially for assistance in tracking the delivery.

If the issue persists, you are welcome to contact us, and we will help you further in the best possible way.

I haven't received an email with a tracking number

Ensure you have received an order confirmation from us. It is sent to the email address you provided at checkout, typically within 30–60 seconds after payment is completed.

You generally also receive an SMS notification when your package is ready for pickup at your chosen service point.

If you haven't received an email, it might have ended up in your spam folder (tip: check there), or the email address was misspelled during the order (easier to happen than you might think, trust us!).

Payment/Invoice

Payment is typically processed through our payment solution in partnership with Svea Ekonomi. If you opted to pay by invoice, you can view it via  "My Pages"  on their website. 

Order History

If you want to access your order history, log in to Umara's "my pages" located at the top right. If you're on your phone, open the menu by tapping the icon with 3 lines, then scroll down to "my pages".
