HELP!
Are you as tired as Richard in the picture above, or are you just wondering what has happened with your order or payment?
Here we try to gather the answers to the most common questions we receive from all you awesome customers, making it easier for you, and easier for us!
Where is my package?
If you have provided the correct email address and phone number, you will receive a notification when your package is on its way. If you have recently placed an order, it may not have been packed yet, and we try to ship all packages on the same day if the order is placed before 3:00 PM. If not, you will have to wait until the next working day, when you may receive information about your package being on its way. Download the "My Packages" app to your phone, as linked at the bottom of your order confirmation, so you can quickly and easily receive notifications when you get packages and see where they are located.
If you have received a tracking number, the package has most likely left us, or will leave within a couple of hours. If it still hasn't arrived 2-3 working days later, we ask you to first contact DHL, PostNord, or the company you chose for delivery to try to help you locate why your package hasn't arrived. If you cannot reach a solution, you are of course welcome to contact us and we will try to resolve the issue in the best way possible.
I haven't received any email with a tracking number
In most cases, your email may have ended up in the spam folder (tip: check there!) or due to a misspelled email address when you placed the order. Double-check that you have received an order confirmation from us; it will arrive in your inbox about 30-60 seconds after you have completed your payment/order. You will usually also receive an SMS notification when your package is ready for pick-up at your selected service center.
Payment/invoice
Payment is made in almost all cases through our payment solution in collaboration with Svea Ekonomi. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, you can view it via "My pages" on their site: https://www.svea.com/se/sv/foretag/betallosningar/for-dig-som-handlat/
Order History
If you want to access your Order History, you can do this by clicking on "Log in" on this page; if you are using a computer, it's at the top right, and if you are using a phone, it's under the menu that opens via the button at the top left with 3 lines.

You can conveniently reply to your order confirmation email, as this way we get your order number and what you have ordered in one go.
If you still decide to email us another way, you can do so at [email protected] and we kindly ask that you email from the same address you used when placing the order, or alternatively provide your order number, phone number, name, and other details that will help us assist you faster.
