This package delivers 90g of carbohydrates per hour for up to 7 hours, providing everything you need aside from water from the stations if you’re skiing around the 7-hour mark. If you’re out skiing for longer, we recommend supplementing with sports drinks or other energy from the stations (in addition to water).

Usage (7 hours skiing time)
- Mix all U Sport portions into your hydration system 
- 30 minutes before start – U Intend Shot 60ml 
- 15 minutes before start – Begin sipping your sports drink 
- Every hour (1h, 2h, 3h, 4h, 5h, 6h) – Take a U Gel or U Bar 
This package is complete, covering all your energy needs for up to 7 hours of skiing. If you’re skiing longer than that, we recommend using the station offerings as well. Of course, if you’re on pace to finish in 8 hours or faster, you can still take advantage of the stations—but if you’re aiming for a quick finish, you may find you don’t need to stop unless you choose to.
