Usage (4 hours of cycling)
30 minutes before start – U Intend Shot 60ml
Hydration – Mix 3 x U Sport Portion (100g) in one bottle. This provides 70g of carbohydrates per hour for 4 hours. Keep a second bottle with plain water on your bike frame and refill or swap at stations as needed.
Energy Intake – Take 1 x U Gel or U Bar every hour, starting after the first hour (at 1, 2, and 3 hours).
