A complete energy package for you who compete during GGN or a similar time at a similar Enduro race.

1 U Intend Shot 60ml
4 U Sport Portions (100g each)
2 U Gels (30g Carbs each)

Usage (3 hours riding time):
Before:
1 U Sport portion (100g) mixed with 500-750ml water to fill up your energy/fluid reserves 1-2 hours before the start.
1 U Intend 30 minutes before the start.
During:
3 bags of U Sport portion (100g each) mixed in your hydration system. We recommend a bladder of 1.5-2L, but the sports drink can be mixed in anything from a 1L up to a 3L bladder.
1 U Gel (30g Carbs) at each refueling stop.
This energy package provides you as a rider with 60g of carbohydrates per hour from the sports drink in the bladder + an additional 30g per hour from bars/gels that you take at the stops. The total energy intake will then be around 80-90g/hour. #opti
