During the winter week, you'll find us with three retailers so you can easily secure your energy for your 90 kilometers. Power up with energy from Umara at:

How to Get the Right Energy During the Race

Do you have an energy plan, or are you relying on blueberry soup and sheer determination? 9 miles aren't won just on the course. It's decided on your energy strategy.

Aim for up to 90 g of carbohydrates/h. If you're new to this, start around 60 g/h and gradually get your body used to it. Use sports drinks or gels with a 1:0.8 ratio for high absorption and a more settled gut.

Take 150–250 mg of caffeine before the start and top up with smaller doses during the race. Start eating and drinking early – and continue every 15–20 minutes.

Important! Don't try anything new on race day. The gut can be trained, but it doesn't like surprises at 08:00 in Berga by.

GOOD LUCK!
Graphic explaining that blueberry soup isn't the best, Umara's sports drink is the best.
