After updates to both U Recover and U Loader, it's now time for the U Hydrate family to expand. We are now launching U Hydrate with a tropical fruit flavor
Our effervescent tablet contains, just like the other flavors, all the electrolytes needed to compensate for losses through sweat, but has now been flavored with tropical fruits and also contains 50mg of caffeine per tablet.

- 1 U Hydrate effervescent tablet is mixed with 500ml of water. If you sweat out a lot of salts, you can mix 2 tablets in 500-750ml of water.
- Each tablet of U Hydrate contains a complete electrolyte profile with all the major electrolytes lost through sweat.
- Contains nearly twice as much salt as other similar products on the market.
Each tablet contains:
- 500mg Sodium (Equivalent to 1.3g Salt)
- 80mg Potassium
- 25mg Calcium
- 15mg Magnesium
- 50mg Caffeine
We are looking forward to a warm spring/summer where we can hydrate with U Hydrate Tropical in the sun, or just get a little caffeine boost when needed.
The flavor also mixes excellently into our sports drinks, which then adds a new taste + enhances your sports drink with caffeine if you want that.
