Releasing new products is one of the most fun things we know, excluding max20 on the test cycle ;) We are therefore very excited today as we finally launch a new energy bar!
U Bar 1:0.8 - Gluten-free with blueberry flavor is here. This is an energy bar based on gluten-free oats that provides a whopping 30g of carbohydrates. The bar is what we would call an optibar with its 1:0.8 composition of glucose and fructose, making it as gentle on the stomach as possible for a bar. It is naturally flavored with blueberries, which also gives the dough and subsequently the bar a slightly blue/purple color.
It has a very soft texture and is ideal for you as an athlete, as it remains soft and easy to chew even in colder weather. You also avoid the chocolate/yogurt coating that melts and gets messy on warm summer days. To make the bar easier to handle, we have a thin layer of whole gluten-free oats on the outside of the bar. This not only makes it look more appetizing, but it also contributes significantly to the texture; we are sure you will love it ;) Think blueberry pie type!
