100mg of caffeine is equivalent to the amount found in a really large cup of coffee. Or maybe more like 1.5 regular cups of coffee, even though a cup is a very vague measure. There's a score line in the middle of the effervescent tablets so you can easily dose half a tablet (50mg caffeine).
