• 1 x U Intend Shot 60ml

• 8 x U Sport Portion (100g)

• 4 x U Gel (30g Carbs)

• 2 x U Bar (30g Carbs)

• 2 bottles

Usage (12 hours of cycling)

• Hydration – Mix 6 x U Sport Portion (100g) into two bottles (3 packets per bottle). This provides 60g of carbohydrates per hour for the first 9 hours.

• Refill After 9 Hours – Refill one of your bottles with 2 new U Sport Portion packets, giving you an additional 60g of carbohydrates per hour for the final 3 hours.

• Energy Intake – Take 1 x U Gel or U Bar every other hour (at hours 1, 3, 5, etc.), providing an extra 15g of carbohydrates per hour.

• U Intend Shot – Take the 60ml shot halfway through the race.
