Usage (Total time: 12 hours)
Swim/Pre-Start (100-110 min swim) – The package provides 30g of carbohydrates before the start.
1 x U Gel (30g Carbs) 10-15 minutes before entering the water
Bike (5.5 hours on the bike) – The package provides 90g of carbohydrates per hour; use additional water bottles as needed and drink based on thirst.
1 x U Intend in T1
5 x U Sport Portion mixed into two bottles for the bike (should be finished 10-15 minutes before T2)
2 x U Bar spread out during the bike ride (one at 60 minutes, and one after 4 hours)
Run (4.5 hours of running) – The package provides 50g of carbohydrates per hour, supplemented with 2 cups of sports drink/cola (20-30g carbs) from hydration stations each hour.

1 x U Gel every 30 minutes, starting after 30 minutes
If your race time exceeds 12 hours, add one gel for each extra 30 minutes of running or an additional serving of sports drink powder for every extra hour on the bike.
