We're not kidding when we say the package is complete and gives you everything you need. The package includes:

1 Running Cap (cools your head, gives an ultra-runner vibe, and can also function as pretty much whatever you want it to be.
1 Toilet Paper roll
Post-it notes (to notify that you might be home late for dinner)
Usage (2-3 scoops of sports drink/hour. The package caps at 3 scoops (90g carbohydrates) per hour for 50h. If you're planning for more than 50h, you can add an extra 5kg bag (and maybe an extra cap or buff).
Before start - Post-It note on the fridge with a note that you may be home late
U Sport - 2-3 scoops per hour, mix in your included Softbottles
U Intend Shot as needed, ideally during the darkest (both mentally and timely) hour
